Holland 3 vs Uruguay 2

Author: Soccer Updates saw the Holland of 2010 surpass the Holland of 1978 by reaching the World Cup Final 2010 with a 3-2 win over Uruguay and to be honest the 3-2 scores flatters Uruguay as there was only ever going to be one winner of this match and that was Holland.
Bronckhorst put Holland ahead in the 18th minute with a rocket shot from 40 yards. As half-time approached soccer updates expected Holland to extend their lead until Diego Forlan again showed a bit of magic in the 41st minute to make it 1-1 at half-time.
But in the second half it was all Holland and W. Sneijder put them 2-1 ahead again in the 70rd minute and as Uruguay pressed for a goal Robben put them 3-1 ahead in the 73rd minute and that was game over. Uruguay scored through Pereira in added time but as the whistle blew soccer updates cheered Holland as worthy winners and they now play the winner of Germany vs Spain on Sunday 11th July.

Hy BadCo! I watched this match and it was great! I am looking forward to Germany playing Spain, it should be decisive. I was nearly crying when Argentina got knocked out of the tournament. I thought they were invincible. Gonna be playing my German music “99 Red balloons” and “Kraftwerk” albums in anticipation! Heh! Anyhoo, great reading your coverage of the matches here! It’s cool! Cheers Cassy, sorry ya wont be bursting any red balloons but it makes for a good World Cup Final 2010 and soccer updates will be covering it.
I think Spain will win the final with 1:0. Any other resualt would really suprise me.
